Singer Jose Chameleone has agreed to take part in a musical battle with Bebe Cool.
Thomas Tayebwa, the deputy speaker of parliament, expressed over the weekend his desire to see Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone engage in musical battle.
Bebe Cool praised the government for its interest in and willingness to promote the music sector and praised the deputy speaker's proposition.
Bebe claimed it is a major deal and that the music he and Chameleone are making is one that the entire nation would like.
A music competition between the two music camps would improve their financial standing, which would help to uplift aspiring artists, he continued, noting that it had been difficult to uplift young people due to financial restrictions.
Jose Chameleone decided this morning to enter the song battle between him and Bebe after considering it for several days.
