Arusha Don , In the year 1993 in Entebbe grade four hospital boy was born, he was later named Kalema Mabanga John Bosco. His love for music started at an early age of   seven, he was very active in the school choir by the time he reached secondary level he had started writing his own music.

With influence from different musicians including Maddox sematimba, lucky dube and mosey radio he went on to embrace and define himself as a reggae musician. He took on Arusha Don as his stage name and came to be known to his fans as Arusha Don.

In the year 2014 he became signed to the Effekts media music label were he has been piling his trade to date . the smooth voiced music crooner  has a number of songs under his belt  on his self-titled album AFRICA RISING, which has songs like TIA, Rasta man, bavandula, bayita, mumusayi , ho Uganda ebintu  byomukwano , enkwezenge , hajjati, doboozi among others . He sings mainly in luganda and English and addresses issues that are affecting the ordinary person .

Arusha Don was given the title of the crown prince of reggae by Effekts media CEO mayers  Youssef mayanja  and is one of the new breed of African acts that is set to take on the world by storm.

The Ugandan based artist continues to tour and perform around the world with shows lined up in Senegal, Kenya  and Dubai .
