Lwanga Andrew (born17.May 1996), known professionally as Andy bex, is a Ugandan 

Ragga/reggae/afrobeat singer and a songwriter. He began recording music at the age of 16 years and 

released a number of songs mostly collaboration songs with his high school music partners. In 2010 at 

The age of 17 years, he became very popular in his secondary school when he composed his high school 

Anthem entitled (ARISE) a thing that not only won him popularity but also a scholarship/bursary for the
