Engineer Acram Gumisiriza, who was formerly employed in South Africa, and his wife, Hajat Kulthum Nabunya, had a quick vacation to the United States a few weeks ago.
Hajat Kulthum returned to Uganda following their enjoyable vacation, but Acram made the decision to remain in the US permanently.
In the meantime, he said, he is setting up himself in the US and has no immediate plans to go back to Uganda.
